You can book a tailoring service through our website or mobile app. Simply select the service you need, choose your preferred tailor, schedule a pickup time, and confirm your booking. Our agent will collect your fabric and measurements at the scheduled time.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the service. Simple alterations typically take 2-3 days, while custom stitching may take 7-10 days. During peak seasons, these times may be slightly longer. You'll get an estimated completion date when you book.

We offer both options! You can choose from our curated collection of premium fabrics or provide your own. If you select our fabric, we'll bring samples for you to choose from during the pickup appointment.

We offer free alterations within 7 days of delivery if the fit isn't perfect. Simply contact our support team to schedule a pickup for alterations. Our perfect fit guarantee ensures you'll be completely satisfied with your garment.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order through your StitchCraft account on our website or app. Our system provides real-time updates at each stage of the tailoring process.
